Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. In-stock frames usually ship within 1–3 business days. Pre-order styles show an expected ship date on the product page. Prescription orders ship after your lenses are made, usually 7–14 business days.

Returns

Unworn frames without prescription lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Prescription lens orders are made to order and cannot be returned, but we will remake them if there is a lens defect or an error on our side. To start a return, email see@publiceyeopticalco.com with your order number.

Prescriptions

Prescription orders are fulfilled only with a valid, unexpired prescription, verified as required by state and federal law.
